SMALL Event Facility Rental Rates

Rental rates (below) for small functions such as business meetings, wedding or baby showers, small reunions etc... are based on either per-hour pricing, 4-hour blocks of time, or full day, depending upon the timeframe of your function. These hourly rates include set-up and post-function clean up.

$400 / 4-Hour block

$1200 / Full day 12 hours
